Penang Hawker Food Festival @ Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie

We invited to attend the live food demonstration by Chef Zaidi utilizing Kyocera and Fissler products at Kites Restaurant in Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie. They launched the promotionn of Penang Hawker Food Festival at same time too.

My mom and I enjoyed to see what Chef Zaidi demonstrated the 3 local favourites' dishes from Penang are Char Kuey Teow, Curry Mutton Kurma and Fruit Rojak (Rojak Buah). In Penang, the local people really good at cooking the Char Kuey Teow, Asam Laksa, Chee Cheong Fun and Curry Mee, so my family and I missed it so much since we moved out from Penang, our hometown!

Mr. Lee explained to the bloggers about how to use the brands to cook a delicious food during the live demonstration by Chef Zaidi! Mommy bloggers always be curious about the recipes of cooking, include they also checked if the tools of kitchen can be useful or not! My mom are really great at cooking, and baking when she are in the kitchen! That is why my mom know everything about the kitchen tools and appliances. I still be rookie chef only!

Curry Mutton Kurma was cooked by using Fissler Pressure Cooker. And Chef Zaidi also used Kyocera knife to cut the fruits, in order to do Fruit Rojak (Rojak Buah).

My family and I also walked around the exhibition of the brand products such as HappyCall by Heap Seng Group, Kyocera, and Fissler before the cooking demonstration started. The coffee making products are very interesting! If you are coffee lover, you sure like to make your own coffee with used the coffee's products!

My family and I really enjoy to eat the awesome buffet, such as the seafood, grilled food, desserts and penang local foods! Yummy! I feel want more again! You can enjoy and tantalize your taste buds with famous Penang dishes from Char Kuey Teow to Assam Laksa.

p/s: I remembered that last time, my family and I attended the P1 Hari Raya celebration which are located at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie Golf Resort in Shah Alam. After this, we went there again but, first time I felt that Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie is very beautiful when we went inside the hotel when they promoted the Penang Hawker festival in the Kites restaurant! You better try the buffet restaurant at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie if your family want!
