The "Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna" @ SweatSpa is a recommended experience, as it surrounds you with infrared heat as you lie on an ergonomic chair that is both stylish and comfortable. You sure will like it! At SweatSpa, each Infrared Sauna cabin can have 1 or 2 persons inside. 



Sweatspa's staff mentioned that a couple or 2 friends can relax in this sauna cabin so they can chat-chit each other.  If you prefer the private sauna cabin, you can get this.

Once you step into SweatSpa, you will get the consultation form (for first-timers only) so they need to know if you feel any allergies or need special attention, especially to help you choose the best treatment to gain better wellness. They can check up on your results after you use their treatment. 

Before you start your treatment, you will use the body composition analyzer machine, to help you check the results like your body fat, weight, subcutaneous fat, muscle mass, water retention, bone density, and body shape. 

Each sauna room is assigned for singles or couples, do not worry, separately women and men. When you relax in the Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna room, you will given the full 45 minutes. As you know, detoxifying in a sauna is one of the best ways to remove toxins from your body. Your body temperature rises and your body will sweat a lot when you are in this infrared sauna cabin. Sweating helps in the removal of toxins from your skin. You are advised to leave this cabin if the heat level is too high.
