Marvel Pizza, a brand-new restaurant just opened about 2 months ago and is located in Petaling Jaya's Damansara Utama neighborhood. I like pizza a lot! So, I invited a close friend to go to a new pizza restaurant with my mom and me.
When I was driving by, I was shocked to see a red pizza logo that was really large! The interior decor is quite simple, organized, and comfortable. Marvel Pizza was created as a result of their experiences eating various types of pizza in cities that are home to well-known international landmarks. They preferred the cashless payment - fast and easy! There is no need to worry because all of their ingredients, including the meat, seafood, and chicken, are Halal-Certified. So, Marvel Pizza is pork-free!
After posting some pizza pictures on social media, I was surprised by how many of my friends asked whether the restaurant had any Marvel superhero figures. It's common for fans to watch "Marvel" because it's highly popular and frequently discussed. However, this restaurant merely used the word "Marvel" from the Marvelous Pizza, which symbolizes that their pizza is exceptional and has an excellent aroma thanks to their hand-made performance. So when you eat a pizza, the Marvel Pizza can give you a feeling of wonder! awesome!
You can tell them as you approach the counter before they cook your pizza if you don't want more cheese or can't handle the spiciness. They are doing the quick service too.
There are 4 types of Marvel pizza; Chef Khairul Spicy Chicken Pizza (RM25.90), Seafood Pizza (RM25.90), Lamb Pizza (RM29.90), and Mediterranean Pizza (RM24.90).
If you ask which is my best recommendation for this Marvel Pizza restaurant, you can try the popular Chef Khairul'a Spicy Chicken which many people enjoy. So I decided to try it out. When I tasted it, I was surprised that it was very spicy, and my mouth also became spicy. This spiciness is too much for me. I really need to drink some water! So I told my good friend about it. Simply take it slowly. However, she wanted to taste it for herself. I was surprised when she said that the spice level was too high and she couldn't stand it, despite the fact that she enjoys spicy foods. I recommend it to those who enjoy spicy pizza.
Among all pizzas, I prefer Seafood Pizza because it has a lot of cheese and a variety of seafood as toppings. It reaches a good balance of salty and sweet. Pizza with seafood toppings often has prawns, fish, squid, onions, three different peppers, and mozzarella cheese. I enjoyed it since there was a lot of creamy cheese in it!
I recommend the Mediterranean Pizza with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, capsicums, and base pesto sauce if you are a vegetarian. They are nutritious, delicious, and loaded with vegetables!
There is two pasta; Spaghetti Olio with Salmon Teriyaki (RM21.90) and Creamy Fettuccine with Baked Prawns (RM21.90).
Besides, I really enjoy pasta. I selected my best pasta, Creamy Fettuccini with Baked Prawn! Large, fresh prawns in a strong sauce with Parmesan and pasta that has a very creamy texture make a delicious combination.
Try the Pasta Olio with Salmon Teriyaki if you share my love of salmon. Although it appears straightforward, the pasta was a fantastic pairing with some fresh salmon fillet with garlic teriyaki sauce & sprinkle of cheese and was quite flavorful.
They provided two snacks; Salted Egg Chicken Popcorn (RM15.90) and Fried Calamari (RM15.90)
Meanwhile, I expected that Chicken Popcorn with Salted Egg would be crunchy but in fact, the tender is really new and soft which shocked me. Next time, I must order this when I visit Marvel Pizza again!
This sizable basket of lightly browned, crispy calamari was delicious and easy to eat! As far as I know, this fried calamari is commonly given as an appetizer at dinner because so many young people love it!

Marvel Pizza launched the festive promotion from 1st Dec until 31st Dec 2022. You will enjoy RM15 nett with any one of beef lasagna or chicken mushroom or lamp wrap with a beverage (300ml or 500ml)! If you want to eat more pizza, you can get rm45 nett with two medium pizzas with 1.5 liter beverage! It's great and worth eating! Dont miss it ya!
