When the flaming dishes are served, I was amazed at how beautifully decorated the food is on the granite tile! The portion is huge and it can be shared among 3 people. The food is drenched in a kind of special alcohol that will leave a wonderful fragrance when it is lit. The waiter lit the food on fire in front of us and we are in awe with the flaming food in front of us. I really like the Crazy Cow and Oink-Oink on Burning! The meat is really soft and juicy and I love the fragrance of the burning alcohol on the meat. The bacon wrapped egg is my favourite too! The runny egg yolk can be seen flowing out from the egg when you cut it!

Besides flaming dishes, they also have side dishes that goes well with beer or snack for friends gathering. My favourite snacks would be the Piccolo Pizza, Picante Mussel, Chicky Corn and Funky Fried. Piccolo Pizza is mushroom pizza that served on a seashell, I love the sauce that drenched over the mushroom! Picante Mussel covered with spicy sauce that will spice up your tongue and make you crave for more. Chicky Corn is one of my favourite snack because it is like popcorn! So easy to eat and has a great taste. I can never resist fried food! Funky Fried is vegetarian tempura where all kind of common vegetable and potato are mix together and deep fried till golden brown.

Apart from all the dishes above, BWB also serves all kind of skewers that you can think of! Not just meat and seafood, they also have grilled vegetable such as garic, asparagus, okra, leek and mushroom. I tried the grilled garlic and it tasted different from those cooked garlic that we always had. I love the seafood skewers! Salmon, Unagi, shells, and even shisamo fish also can be skewered and grilled. The shisamo fish has tons of eggs in the tummy and apparently you can eat the whole fish with the head too! They also have wagyu beef skewer and yakitori which tast really good too!
If you think that only savory dishes can be lit on fire, then you are wrong! Apparently the drinks also can be made with fire too! The owner was nice to demonstrate the Flaming Irish Coffee and let s try out the coffee too. The performance is like watching teh tarik where the fire will flow from one cup to another cup. It has a bitterness of the Irish alcohol and it taste great with the coffee.

Lastly, A meal is ain't complete without the dessert! The vanilla truffles ice cream has a really unique taste! Bits and pieces of truffles can be tasted when you are eating the ice cream. According to the owner, the truffle is the one that infused the ice cream with a unique taste.

Overall, I find that the flaming dishes are the best and since the portion is quite big, you can share it among a few friends to split up the cost. The skewers are quite reasonably price too. Range from RM4 to RM24 depending on the type of skewers you ordered. The flaming dishes is a must try and is great for special occasion too!
