My family and I reached the airport during my first day on 20 August 2012! My sis's friend came to fetch us and we are hungry! He took us to eat breakfast at Jin Jin Seafood Restaurant, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We learnt that this restaurant served the Fish Head Noodle is very delicious! Too crowed people there! We have to wait for 10 - 20 minutes, finally we got a table! It is well known for its fish head meehoon during the daytime only - get fresh ingredients with great taste so I like it!
I sure recommended this when you visit the Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is my meehoon with fish fillet below;

After that, my family and I waited for the tour guider from Borneo Legend to pick us up from my hotel. We joined the River Cruise Tour with another families to see-sighting on Proboscis monkey during daytime and fireflies during night time. This is a big cruise boat which we are on board! They also provided the buffet food for my family and another tour groups. We can enjoy to view the jungles, but it is not easy to spot the rare birds, and monkeys!
Many people are on the different boats to looking for a special Proboscis monkey but, it is very crowed to take a place to be near the monkey are spotted in the jungle! If you want to spot a monkey, you better to bring a binoculars (teropong)! You will see it like a poster below! Haha.
After we tired to looking for it, this photo which I took that is very beautiful. My family and I waited for the fireflies come out... But, it is hard to get a firefly! Suddnelly, we saw many fireflies are around a big tree!! Still alot of fireflies around us, we wanted to take photo but we are in the darkness area! After I took a photo on the fireflies, but all photos be dark only! Haha.
Nevermind, we really enjoyed to view the fireflies still around us in the cruise boat! :) I am very tired, and back to hotel. After 1st day, we visited the Upside Down House (Rumah Terbalik yang Pertama di Sabah), Kinabalu Park, Poring Hot Spring and Canopy Walkway.
My sis's friend bring us go eat the seafood at "Welcome Seafood Restaurant" which located at Asia City, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
