I spotted a big 2-storey restaurant located along the Old Klang Road, but they have limited of parking spaces. Well, lucky they provided the free valet services for the customers, because the drivers don't be familiar with the small parking spaces. They helped us to drive my car make the exit so safety after our dinner.


With the cozy and atmosphere environment mixed with the Chinese historic of elements so looks like the feeling of elegant and heroic dining atmosphere, we also see the red decorative with beautiful chinese lanterns at each table in this restaurant...


Chun Ciou Hot Pot have 6 choices of soups are Sukiyaki Soup, Lakesalt Soup, Tonkatsu Soup, Spicy Soup, Herbal Soup and Tomyam Soup. Remember, you don't need to drink the sukiyaki soup, because make your throat are hot so much, due it is strong flavour...Better, you will dip the meat inside the sukiyaki soup. I like the tasty of herbal and lakesalt soup so nice!


I can see there are too many choices for the beverages which you can pick up, such as soft drinks, ice lemon tea, coffee and variety of chinese tea... You can refill as you like on many times!


They offers a very specially selected meat imported: Australian Striploin, Australian Ribeyes, Lamb Shoulder Roll, Pork Belly, Pork Shoulder, Chicken Fillet and Duck Roll.


The side dishes are Udon noodles, Dongfen, Spinach noodles, Beancurd skin, Toufu puff, Fried bread stick and Braised pork rice.

Lastly, steamboat ingredient: Wasabi ball, Hot sesame bun, Taro fish ball, Sincere Ball,  curry fish ball, Cheese fish toufu, Cheese Prawn Ball, Premium Prawn Ball, Red Heart Ball, Mushroom fish ball, Premium cuttlefish ball, Pork Tendon ball, Fish and Squid mixture, Ham ball, White Fish ball, Abalone slice, Special Tofu, Tamago and their own handmade meat balls.

This is Golden Egg Yolk Sukiyaki Sauce
The 4 steps to create golden egg yolk sukiyaki sauce.
  • Add sesame sauce into sauce bowl
  • Add 1 raw egg yolk for smoother texture
  • Add chopped shallots and spring onions to enhance more layers to the taste
  • Add a dash of shichimi to spice up the sauce
That is the recipe of golden egg yolk sukiyaki sauce. It enhance the texture and juiciness of the meat while making the temperature just nice to stimulate your taste buds. The sauce adds juiciness to the fresh-cooked meat,while bringing down that hot pot heat.


They also provided the Vegetables: Carrot, white carrot, , abalone mushroom, golden mushroom, mushroom, cabbag, pumpkin, tomota, chinese yam, sweet potato, chieh gua, chinese fungus, bok choy, yau mak and eggplant.


If you want to add your favourite sauces, you can get one of different sauces such as Green Onion, Garlic, Chilli, Thai Chill Sauce, Fruit Sauce, Satay Paste, Soy Sauce, Parsley, Sesame Sauce, and bean curd.


There are 3 type of desserts including, red bean soup, ice cream and lemon sugar slices. But, one dessert; Bird nest sometimes be available, depends on their stocks.
